Our enthusiasm for Namibia is contagious. Our friends, with whom we went on a multi-day trip to the north of the country in spring 2022, bought a Toyota after this tour. In the future they want to travel more often to this country they like so much.

The two made a first tour in autumn 2022. We accompanied them for two nights into the Erongo mountains. We then returned to Swakopmund while they went on a tour through the Etosha national park where – unlike the first visit – they encountered many elephants.

Now our friends were visiting us again. In Swakopmund  they had their Toyota converted for travelling and on March 3rd  they started their four-week tour to the Kunene and Kaokofeld. The vehicle is packed to the roof with water, groceries, beer and wine. Safe journey!

PS. We parted with a fondue that they brought us. We’ll eat the next one in Switzerland, where we’ll live for the next six months!
