Just beautiful!
On the Rössmund Golf Course you can see more than just roaming or flying Egyptian geese and springboks. If you keep your eyes open and don’t just focus on the next tee and the golf ball, which usually flies in the wrong direction, you can see other beautiful things as well.
As I followed the flight of my golf ball with my eyes, it approached – not for the first time – a tree along the fairway, that’s where the ball was supposed to land. I realised that this tree bears beautiful blooms. They reminded me a bit of the Tiare, the national flower of Tahiti. Almost as beautiful; but unfortunately, without the good scent.
We ended this golf game with many beautiful impressions. However, I was less impressed with my golf game that day. While Brigitta achieved a stroke count of 58, I had one of 74! I should probably have paid more attention to the game of golf than to the animals and trees…
